MIS-501 Advanced Studies in Missions

This course covers the missionary methods of the Apostle Paul as contrasted with methods being used today. Paul’s method of setting up truly indigenous local churches is contrasted with modern methods in which foreign missionaries continue to control churches on the field. The second half of the course examines the spontaneous expansion of the church and those things which hinder it.
